Our Founder
Tina Tan
My goal is to support the growth of individuals and organisations through practical, engaging, and results-driven learning solutions. With a solid foundation in instructional design and courseware development from the ACLP and DDDLP programmes, I take a structured, learner-centric approach to designing impactful and relevant learning experiences.
Having worked in diverse teams across cultures and geographies, I’ve gained valuable insights into the skills, mindsets, and collaboration needed for growth. Leveraging my experience spanning IT, Banking, Business, and Arts & Culture, I contextualise the learning content into the programmes I design.
